To be successful as an Engineer, you should have a growth mindset and a commitment to technical learning. Outstanding Engineers are highly observant, willing to assist others wherever possible, and eager to readily take up leadership initiatives.

  • Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
  • Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
  • Conducting technical research and traveling to sites.
  • Observing health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Establishing professional relationships with colleagues & clients.
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.

Graduate Engineer Trainee Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, with a record of First class throughout their academics including graduation.
  • Candidates should have passed each semester / each year of engineering in first attempt only with no backlogs. Candidates who have appeared for the final engineering examinations in the year of selection only, are eligible for selection as GA.
  • Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb time management and professionalism.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism

How to apply for Graduate Engineer Trainee Program

  • Colleges will be chosen based on various parameters like college rank, AICTE approval and regions. The placement officers will be contracted. The selection process involves a number of steps. Following are the steps:
  • Applications will be checked, scrutinised and students will be shortlisted for a pool campus.
  • The short-listed students will be invited for a written test.
  • Based on the results of the written test, students will be short listed for Technical and Personal Interview.
  • Based on this the final selection will take place.
  • An appointment letter communicating the details of training and subsequent employment at Technitab will be issued to those selected.
